TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
PLEASE READ OUR BOOKING CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. A full and detailed copy of
the terms and conditions can be supplied on request or can be viewed on
our website.
Cancellations/Amendments Procedure
Please check all booking details on receipt of confirmation. If you
need to amend or cancel your booking please send an email to reservations@cophallfarm.co.uk
or call us on 01342 712779. Cophall Farm Parking can not be held responsible
if clients do not advise of any amendments required. For cancellations please
include your booking reference number and address details. For booking amendments
please include your reference number and details of required changes. If
you have made a booking through a third party agent you will need to contact
them directly to make any amendments or to cancel your booking.
A booking may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the date for which the
parking has been booked to commence. Customers cancelling within 24 hours
of the period for which the parking commences shall be liable to pay the
full price for the booking. A £10.00 administration fee will be levied
on cancellations made outside of 24 hours prior to the commencement date
of the booking. For the purposes of this Condition the period for which
the service is booked shall be deemed to commence at midnight on the day
prior to commencement date for the service booked.
Any customer who wishes to curtail the length of stay of a booking once
the booking has commenced, will be liable to pay the fee for the whole of
the booking stay.
Parking Procedure
a.Cophall Farm Parking's liability is to take reasonable care of the Customer's
vehicle for the period commencing when the keys to the vehicle are delivered
to Cophall Farm Parking and terminating at the time when the keys to the
vehicle are handed back to the Customer.
b. CUSTOMERS NEED TO INSPECT THEIR VEHICLE AT THE END OF THE PARKING PERIOD
AND REPORT ANY DAMAGE TO THE COMPANY BEFORE DRIVING THE VEHICLE OFF THE
COMPANY PREMISES.
c.Cophall Farm Parking will accept liability in respect of any damage to
the paintwork or bodywork of the Customer's vehicle only when and to the
extent that the same is proved to be caused by the negligence, wilful act
or default or breach of statutory duty of Cophall Farm Parking. The Customer
shall not be required to prove liability of Cophall Farm Parking for such
damage where the Customer has requested a Vehicle Inspection Report and
the damage in question is not recorded upon the Vehicle Inspection Report.
d.Cophall Farm Parking shall at the request of the Customer and upon payment
of a fee of £5.00 undertake a joint visual inspection of the Customer's
vehicle and record any damage to the paintwork and/or bodywork prior to
parking of the Customers vehicle on a Vehicle Inspection Report.
e.Cophall Farm Parking does not accept any responsibility or liability for
any damage to the windscreen or any other glass in the vehicle.
f.Cophall Farm Parking requires not less than 1 hours notice to make a vehicle
available for collection prior to the day of expiry of the agreed parking
period. Cophall Farm Parking can accept no liability for any delay in making
a Customer's vehicle available prior to expiry of the agreed parking period.
g. A Customer must produce the receipt card provided by Cophall Farm Parking
at the time of check in when they are reclaiming the vehicle. In the event
that the receipt card is lost Cophall Farm Parking shall be entitled to
require proof of the Customers identity.
h. Cophall Farm Parking shall not be obliged to release the vehicle to a
third party without the written authority of the Customer.
Delays Procedure
Flight alterations resulting in the Customer arriving back after midnight
on the day of return originally booked, will incur no extra charge fee up
to 6am on that day. After 6am the customer will be charged for an extra
day parking at the current rate. Extra days of parking due to longer flight
delays or any other cause (including return flight diversions) will be chargeable
at the current rate.
Transport to and from Airport Procedure
a.Transport between Cophall Farm Parking's premises and the airport leaves
at regular intervals to coincide with flight arrivals and departure times.
It is the Customer's responsibility to arrive at Cophall Farm Parking's
premises in good time (allowing for possible traffic congestion and other
delays) to enable them to arrive at the airport by the airline's recommended
check in time. For collection on return is the Customers responsibility
to contact Cophall Farm Parking to arrange for their collection once they
have all their luggage and have cleared customs.
b.Cophall Farm Parking can accept no liability for transport delays caused
by traffic congestion, vehicle breakdown or other causes beyond Cophall
Farm Parking's control.
c. The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle. Any passenger
whose conduct is in breach of statutory regulations or whose conduct or
condition is in the opinion of the driver a danger or potential danger to
the vehicle or it's passengers may be removed from the vehicle or prevented
from boarding on the driver's authority.
